one of my favorite things to do is to watch the sunset. my favorite thing about the sunset is how each day it looks different, there of course are some similarities to them but no one sunset will ever look identical to another. its kind of like witnessing a new piece of artwork each day. for me the sunset resembles the end to a day but the start to a new one, and how if in the moment you are going through something the feeling of pain will not last forever just like how no one sunset will last forever.

which is why for fun I created an interface to my dream app called ‘simply golden.’ it is an app all about sunsets and acting as your little helper in trying to find the perfect sunset watching spot near you!

what I loved most about this project was that I was able to incorporate my own sunset photography into the interface.
